Warranty issues:
We apologize that your boat had an issue and that you to need to go through this process. After filling in the form below, your claim will be reviewed and you will hear back from the Jackson Kayak warranty department within five business days.

At that time, we will discuss your options for replacement based on the following policy found here: http://static1.jacksonkayak.com/2011/03/2011JKwarranty.docx
