The Super Hero of Brazil

A Super Hero is the boat the doctor ordered for traveling to South America. This boat is the perfect traveling boat. At 7' 11" it fits under the Central and South American buses perfectly. I have attached a photo of how I packaged the boats for travel to Brazil to make getting them on the flights as smooth as possible. I also attached a photo of the common long haul bus in Central and South America. These buses allow cargo that is 8' long across the boat, so you want to be sure to bring the Super Hero as it fits perfectly across the bus stacked two high. This is important when you want to take the all important bus trip across your destination country.

When I got back to the boys in Dianopolous, Brazil we unpackaged them and loaded up for the river. You'll see how at home the Super Heros are at the top of the heap of river running kayaks. We took these boats through their paces running the rivers and waterfalls. They are just too good. Ben is not one to jump up and down about everything, but he kept coming up to me on this trip telling me how much he liked the new Super Heros. They are sporty and easy to maneuver. They are easy to roll. They are comfortable. And they stay on top of the water and hydraulics really well.

If you run falls and big drops they surface better than any other kayak out there with its very generous 87 gallons. Period. The Super Hero is stable, predictable, controllable and safe. This boat packs for over-nighters like a champ as well. All that volume in the back means we can put a climbing rope, camping gear, food, clothes, break-down paddle, throw bag and anything else we need with no worries at all. The Super Hero packs easy and floats high with my over-night gear. Too good!

It is kind of unfair to make kayaking this easy. This is the river running boat that everyone has been waiting for. Go ahead, just try it. Take a Super Hero to your local spot that has been giving you trouble, and watch how easily you grease the line. Seriously. These boats rock and roll through what ever we threw at them in Brazil and cleaned up all over the place. Ben was all smiles. And I already knew I loved the boat.

Best

Jesse
