Lake Guntersville Swimbait Fishing

During the prespawn, largemouth bass are known to “feed up” in preparation for the spawn. That is a great time to throw large lures. In this outing, I landed three nice largemouth in two hours of fishing Guntersville backwater near my family’s property. It was cold, windy, and rainy. The water was muddy. The first two catches in this video were caught on back-to-back casts. The final catch was caught while standing in my Coosa HD.
