After working all winter on the Nirvana and finally paddling the production model, I was so excited about going out west. The west had water, the design was perfect, the stars seemed to be aligning. In true fashion though, life had other plans so I quickly and suddenly found myself adjusting my own. Fortunately, mother nature didn’t leave me hanging after all. I immediately found myself creeking throughout the summer like it was winter in the southeast again. The rains poured and suns out guns out laps had become my summer norm. It might have been an epic summer out west, but this was not a bad year to be stuck in the southeast. While I creeked too much to include all the various runs in video, I did manage to squeeze together a few of my favorite Nirvana moments into a clip I hope you’ll enjoy.
