My priorities in order are: 1. God & faith 2. Family 3. Kayak fishing. I grew up fishing the coastal waters of east-central Florida for many of the indigenous inshore game-fish. My passion, although shore bound, was pursuing the mighty and elusive snook. About 8 years ago I had relocated to Central Alabama and was introduced to kayak fishing on the mighty Coosa River for giant spotted bass. Enter social media: I soon found that there were a lot of kayak anglers online and I joined the camaraderie. I am now known as snookman (because of my first fishy passion) on various forums and I currently reside on the beautiful Gulf coast of Alabama. I make the greater Mobile Bay area my playground
and now agressively pursue my new passion; speckled trout of epic proportions. Locally I am a part of the “Mobile Bay Kayak Fishing Association” and frequently help as a volunteer for tournaments and as a Guide for the “Heroes on the Water” program for veterans. If you happen to find yourself in L.A. (Lower Alabama), look me up. There’s nothing I enjoy more than sharing what I’ve learned with anyone with the desire to learn.
