Connecting with children outdoors is natural. Children are loving, playful, and creative. A child experiences love by spending TIME with parents. Unstructured time allows kids and parents to creatively experience love. Unstructured time outdoors allows children to connect with nature, expand imagination, and be creative. As adults we often set structured agendas and expectations. Trading a structured agenda and no expectations for creatively exploring with our children is rewarding TIME for children and parents. Outdoor adventures with an agenda, is most enjoyable with flexibility and a natural flow with including unstructured activities.
