Event Sponsorship

2027 EVENT SPONSORSHIP & DONATION REQUEST APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN.
THE DEADLINE FOR EVENT SPONSORSHIP IS FEBRUARY 28, 2027.

Any application received after the closing date will NOT BE CONSIDERED. We generally take a month after the deadline to review applications and discuss them with our team, regional reps, and staff before making decisions. We try to get back to everyone.

This form will generate an automated response, but sometimes it is caught by your SPAM filters. If you do not receive a reply immediately, please check your SPAM folders.

Please answer all of these questions as concisely as possible. In addition, please tell us about your previous event(s) if this is not your first time hosting.

NOTE: Returning applicants must apply each year for sponsorship consideration.
