    One of the great things I love about the new 5.0 seat is that it is elevated in the front part of the seat which for me, eliminated any lower back issues I previously experienced without having any lumbar support, which makes for multiple comfortable days on the water! Highly recommended!

    One of the most underrated upgrades you can make to a kayak is a new seat. Jackson released the Comfort 5.0 seat and I immediately purchased to try on my CoosaX in hopes to eliminate sciatic pain on long trips.

    After back to back 12 hour days of primarily seated fishing I can vouch the upgrade was well worth it. Not once did I have to adjust or stand to alleviate pain in my legs. As an added bonus the design did not compromise primary stability since your center of gravity remains the same height in the back of the seat. The 3” lift in the front of the seat bar was enough to maintain the stability Jackson is known for, all while truly defining a “comfort seat”.
