Adam Fisk was introduced to fishing by his father Tom mostly offshore for pelagic species. About 14 years ago his mother had the idea to get a tandem Kayak for the two of them to fish in. They fished all over Florida hitting almost all the hotspots but mostly fished for inshore species in the mosquito lagoon and Indian river. In 2010 Adam moved to south Florida to study at FAU and brought his kayak along. It stayed on his truck the entire year he lived in the dorms. He fished almost every day offshore and soon after was introduced to Joe Hector’s Extreme Kayak Fishing Tournament Series. He placed in many of the tournaments and became close friends with Matt and Eric from Deep Blue Kayak Fishing Charters. Adam became a guide for them for several years putting clients on everything from sailfish to clown knife fish. Adam now manages Los Buzos Kayak Fishing Lodge in Panama and maintaines a fleet of over 20 kayaks and runs a tournament series including a final World Championship with a 10,000 grand prize. They cater to fishermen from all over the world putting clients on the fish of a lifetime in one of the worlds greatest fisheries. He has several notable catches including the Florida state record Atlantic bonito and an estimated 450lb black marlin.
