Here's how it works: Picture the adjustability and firmness of a bean bag. Inflate the bag, position it behind your back, and lean against it. Open the valve slightly, allowing air to escape from the tube while the beans adjust to provide optimal support and close the valve. To customize your setup, remove the remaining air to "lock it in." Needs one revision
I haven't bought one yet, but I can see one major flaw - the tube needs to be located somewhere else and it needs a way to snap or connect the tube when not in use. Shoving it behind the seat as shown is not the best option. It also comes out the side, every square inch on a kayak is important and this tube needs to be on the back side or somewhere not visible or in the way. Good design, but needs improvements.
