I was disappointed it didn't come with the standing pad, that's one of the top 2 reasons I chose this brand,
When researching the reviews, all the reviews I read said it came standard, I wish when buying from the website it was more clear that it was not included.

Needed a bomb-proof, USA-made Pro cooler in a hurry to ensure our weekend BBQ event was a success. Jackson Adventures made it happen with the Orion65. Your friends with Yeti’s will be jealous.

This seems like a well built cooler. Reason why it’s not 5 stars is this used to come equipped with the standing pad and gear trac which you now have to buy separately. What a shame because if Jackson adventures would’ve continued doing that, you’d have a better product. That was the reason people would it this over Yeti. Now you have to install the pad yourself and you’ll never get it just right. Also the sticky side of the pad doesn’t stay on. I had that pad for maybe 2 hours. In my opinion, not an acceptable business move.

  • Shame it doesn’t come with the pad

Really nice cooler. It’s a shame you have to order the pad and gear track separately now. Used to come with the cooler. I’d give it 5 stars if that wasn’t the case.

Let me start by saying it's a fantastic cooler. Lives up to its reputation. However, I received the cooler, opened it, and one of the metal corner tie down/bottle openers was loose. One of the screws was in the box, the other was backed way out. They are security bits, which I have, I used a screwdriver as to not over tighten them. Well they're stripped and won't even hand tighten. Emailed customer service right away with zero response and I don't expect to get one. Customer service is dead and I won't purchase any of their products again. For the price of the cooler, you would expect it to at least be fully assembled and in perfect condition. Obviously not high on their priorities.
