Using an innovative bean bag design, Sweet Cheeks adjusts as air escapes, allowing the beads inside to form around you for a custom fit. Once settled, simply remove the remaining air to lock it in place. Whether you need extra height for better visibility or prefer a lower, more grounded position, adjusting is as simple as adding or removing air.
For whitewater paddlers, this means a secure, dialed-in fit for better control in rapids. The Velcro-backed bottom keeps it firmly in place, so once it's set, it stays put. For kayak anglers, Sweet Cheeks provides all-day comfort while paddling, fishing, and shifting positions.

Sweet cheeks
Added this to my antix 2.0 for longer runs since it’s become my go to boat and it’s absolutely worth it, keeps me from sliding around on the seat even with all the hip pads in and lifts me up just enough to engage the hip pads now so no complaints here

Sweet Cheeks 100
I wasn't sure about the Sweet Cheeks and bought it on a whim. It actually works to fill in any gaps a gives me a more secure fit. You can also change shape depending on what you're wearing. I added foam thigh risers and because it's not a rigid seat, it forms around the thigh risers. It's really good. I think the 100 is plenty.

I got my 11 yr old a Sweet Cheeks 200 and myself the 100 - he’s around 80 lbs - I’m 6’2 200 lbs and the SC 100 works perfect ! Bigger guys - get the SC 100. Smaller guys the SC 200 would probably be best !
