I have given this boat 5 stars, but to be honest I don't own one. I also have never even seen one in person. only online. From what I can see it looks like a fantastic boat and I would love to have one. But with a price tag like that I can't I have a family to feed and bill to pay. So, I'm stuck on the bank. Its ok though. I just wanted to help out with a 5-star rating. Good Job on a nice boat!

I own 2 Blue Sky's. The Angler 360 was my first one. I loved the boat so much but I am 67 years old and I got tired of peddling so I bought the 360 Pro. I added a MinnKota trolling motor and lithium troling battery to the Pro and I use it about 2 to 3 times a week. I never use the 360 Angler. Every time out I get many positive comments on the Pro.

Also, the Flex Drive on the Angler wears out quickly. The cable that runs from the lower unit to the prop grinds and squeeks. Grinding and squeeking when you are fishing does not work. It is a fantastic boat but the Flex Drive is the weak link.

Adding the cost of the trolling motor and lithium battery will drive the price of the Pro higher than the Angler but trust me it is money well spent. Go Pro!

  • Best Purchase in a LONG TIME

Best purchase I've made in a long, long time. I rigged my 360 Pro with all the following:

    - 55 lbs Motorguide Xi3 with (handheld remote control motor, 36" shaft, pinpoint GPS, anchor and heading lock).

    - Garmin Striker Vivid 9sv fishfinder.
    - Optima D31M battery.

I removed the seat/chair and purchased a pneumatic lift pole seat, which gave me around 10' additional sq.ft. of fishing deck and provided easier access to the the two mid-ship storage bins and complete access to the back of the boat.

    - Being an old fart, I also elected to go with a CE Smith Multisport trailer.

I had a few problems initially, but Matt Cunningham with BSB/Jackson Kayak helped me through everything, even if some of the problems were 'self-inflicted'.

I've had my 360 Pro on Lake Lanier around 12-13 times now since March 15th, and I am elated!

    Thanks BSB.

  • Blue Sky Pro is a head turner!

This is my second Blue Sky. I like the 360 Angler but I was getting very tired of peddling.

The Pro is the answer! I added a 55lb. bow mount MInn Kota Riptide PowerDrive to the front which works great. I paired it with a 54 AMP lithium ion battery from Dakota Lithium which is the only way to go! Definitely worth the extra money. However, I did have to extend the battery cables ($45) in order to reach the battery box. Running cables under and through the wiring tray was easy.

Now I can go much further and spend way more time on the water. This is so much more relaxing and less taxing on the body. I really enjoy the added room around my feet when fighting and landing fish.

The only nit picking I would have is that by adding 40 pounds or so to the front of the boat it is out of balance and tends to "plow" through the water. So not quite as fast as I had hoped. Also, the shortest shaft on a bow mount motor is 48" and of course you dont want the propeller to be too deep in the water which means that the head sticks up in the air quite a bit which interferes with casting and fighting fish. Not the boat's fault.

By the time I add the salt water trolling motor and fancy battery the overall cost is slightly more than the 360 Angler but well worth the extra money!
